Started in 1997, Mopani Crafts exists to bring authentic and handmade traditional and contemporary Ndebele beadwork to the retail market in South Africa and the rest of the world.

All of our products are lovingly crafted by rural Ndebele women in remote areas where few job opportunities exist.

We are proud that over the years Mopani Crafts has enabled over 70 women from poor economic circumstances to earn a viable, independent income, while providing the world with beautiful, quality beaded products that are authentically South African.
